15% Of the Tour booking price is required at the time of making the reservation. If applying for a shotgun travel permit (required for certain destinations), full information about the shotgun and travelers needs to be provided.
Balance 85% of the tour price is required at least 65 days prior to the tour.
Tour Cancelled upto 65 days prior to departure by the guest will attract a cancellation fee of 15% of the full tour cost.
Tour Cancelled within 65 days prior to departure by the guest will attract a cancellation fee of 100% of full tour cost.
Safety and Security of our guests are top priority and the Company reserves all rights to decline any services to a guest deemed a threat to themselves or others, without notice. Guests are going to be monitored on the shooting grounds for safe handling of the shotgun and any behavior that may jeopardize the any guest safety and comfort and will be addressed as per the rules on the grounds. Consumption of alcohol or any controlled substance that may impair judgement by the participants on the day of during or before the use of shooting grounds is strictly prohibited and may result in cancellation of part or full tour for the guest. In such a case no refunds will be made to the guest.
